Ross
This gentleman's name is רוס איליי, but you can call him Ross (anyone know his last name in English?). He's 28 years old, and he's a model who's done work for Menz underwear, among others. I've placed a selection of his pictures in this photo album for your enjoyment.

At 8:33 PMHi, you asked what his last name is in English. It is Eli (pronounced the American way, EE-lie). There are many Ethiopian Jews in Israel, he could be one, but I would probaby say he is African-American.
