Michael Lewis is a Fox
Well, Yehuda Levi is no longer featured on the Fox.co.il web site, but Michael Lewis (דין מרטין) is, so all is well. Wonder is there's a sort of rivalry brewing between those two?
(About the Fox web site: it's heavily Flash-based, and I couldn't get it working properly while using either Internet Explorer or Firefox. Weirdly, it loaded best in Opera.)
As for the images: 1) Click the fotos below to enlarge. 2) I've uploaded most of the Michael Lewis fotos from the Fox site into this photo album; these are JPEG files and, unfortunately, they all feature him against a rather unattractive black background. 3) If you'd like the original PNG files -- featuring Michael against a transparent background -- you can download them via this Rapidshare-link (9.6 MB).
