Mexican actor Eduardo Victoria and his furry chest proved to be pretty popular the first time I posted about him, so I know you'll be happy to know that Telemundo has some new fotos of him on its site. He was born on September 7, 1980 and can be seen daily on Telemundo, playing "Federico" in the telenovela "Marina".
