Victor Noriega Finale
It's time to mark the last day of January and say goodbye to our Man of the Month, Mexican actor/singer Victor Noriega. (For now -- I'm sure we'll revisit him in the future.) We'll do that with two scans by my old comrade-in-arms, Fanncy Pants...
