Julian Ovenden
I haven't seen Julian Ovenden on "Cashmere Mafia", but I do remember him as Andrew Foyle in the excellent mystery series "Foyle's War", where he was lovely. He was born in 1976 in England. The shirtless fotos below are from his official web site, www.julianovenden.com.
