All I know about Pedro Palacio is that he's Colombian, he's apparently an actor, and he makes for pretty pictures:

At 9:08 PMHe was one of the contestants of "Protagonistas De Novela 1" in Colombia, and later he became an actor and was part of another reality show called "La Isla De Los Famosos," even though he's not that famous... Jajajajaj!!!
