Dima Bilan
Dima Bilan (Билан Дима) -- real name, Viktor Belan (Виктор Белан) -- is a Karachay-Russian pop singer. He was born on December 24, 1981 in Karachay-Cherkessia, and he represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006, where he finished 2nd overall.
