I checked out a couple of recent episodes of TLC's "Trading Spaces", which has revamped itself yet again, this time by bringing back its former host, Paige Davis, and many of the former designers. The show's slightly more watchable now, I suppose -- there's now way too much fake! drama! for my tastes, but at least they cut down much of the silliness, and they got carpenter Thad Mills to quit clowning around and focus on making things and looking pretty.
