Sreedhar Rao -- his name also appears spelled as Sridhar Rao -- is a Telugu model and actor from India. I think he hails from Andhra Pradesh. Quoting from his official web site:

Sreedhar is a well known face in India; he is one of the hottest properties of Bangalore and already earned many accolades. He won 1st runners-up in Mr. Physique and Best Dressed Male categories, topped the preliminary round and stood 1st for south India and 7th in the over all contestthe contest we are talking about is “GRASIM Mr. India” ,the competition was monumental, that took place in Feb 2000 at Ramjet Film City.
