So, I hear that the third Spider-Man movie is doing great box office. Although I love Spidey, I haven't seen any of the movies yet -- but then, I don't read his comic books, either, aside from the Essential reprints. Maybe I'd be quicker to see the movies, though, if, instead of Tobey Maguire, Peter Parker was played by Israeli model/actor/singer Ran Danker (רן דנקר):

Ran Danker was born on January 7, 1983 in Virgina, USA. He rose to fame in the TV series "השיר שלנו" ("Ha'shir Shelanu", "Our Song"), a daily comical musical drama. I've uploaded a selection of his shirtless-and-otherwise-sexy images into this foto album.
He's prominently featured on the web site of Diadora, an athletic footwear and apparel manufacturer.
