Seems that every time G Magazine features a Brazilian footballer within its pages, it scores a goal. The latest, featured on the cover of the December issue, is Wagner Limeira, who played for 12 years in the Grêmio and is now seeking success as a model.

Next G: Alexandre Albertoni

The November issue of G Magazine will feature Alexandre Albertoni, a 23-year-old model and musician. Alexandre was part of the final incarnation of the music group Dominó; Rodrigo Pavanello, who also posed so memorably (twice!) for G Magazine, was also a member of that group.

Next G: Rafael Cordova

Vitoria goalkeeper Rafael Cordova will be featured on the cover of the next issue of G Magazine. Ah, this brings back nice memories of one of my favorite G models of all time, former Sao Paulo goalkeeper Roger.

Cordova said there are gays in the Brazilian league, and that he sympathizes with their situation.

But after the announcement that he will appear naked in Brazil's ``G Magazine'' in an upcoming edition, many fans vilified him even though he says he is heterosexual.

"The fans want me fired," Cordova told Veja newsmagazine last week. "We lost three matches in a row and who do you think they are putting the blame on?"

I haven't been keeping up with G Magazine as much as I used to, but I just came across a new batch of Ricardo Villani fotos, and it reminded me how much I used to love it. Have I missed anything? Maybe it's time for me to start checking it out again. Anyway, it's certainly time for me to gather all my new and old (non-nude) Ricardo Villani pictures and upload them into this foto album.

(Another question: How long has my-album.us been down? Anyone know if it's gone for good, or if it's coming back? Moj-album.com is still up...)

I've gotten word that G Online might stop letting users download the photo sets and videos available at their web site. Anyone heard anything about that? Guess we'd better enjoy them while we can. In that spirit, here's 31-year-old Marcus Rezende, a recent Macho da Hora.

Didn't I promise to try to feature the "G Magazines" boys here more often? Well, let's try again. Pedro Viggiani, a 18-year model and native of São Paulo, was the "Fetiche" for January, 2007. Good way to start off the new year!

Some welcome news -- it looks like the cantor Klaus Hee will make a return appearance to the pages of G Magazine in their December issue. He posed for them once before, in January 2004. Maybe this'll get me interested in G Magazine again. Source: G Online
